You can permanently delete your Supplant account and everything stored with it, yourself, right now. You don't need to email anyone or wait for a reply, and you don't need the app installed — Supplant runs in this browser too.
The button below signs you in and takes you straight to the setting. Sign in with the same Google account you play with.
It opens Settings. Scroll to Danger zone, tap Delete everything, and type DELETE to confirm. If you already have the app open, the same screen is on the top lobe of the oak-leaf menu.
Deleting your account permanently erases all of the following:
This cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way for us to restore a deleted account. It takes effect immediately, and any other phone or tablet you are still signed in on is signed out the next time it tries to load the game. Signing in again afterwards with the same Google account creates a brand-new, empty account rather than recovering the old one.
Two things are not linked to you in the first place, so there is nothing in either to delete. Cards you had already sold to the market are anonymous the moment they are listed: they carry no reference back to you, they keep no nickname you gave them, and you were paid for them at the time. And our product analytics are fully anonymous, with no account identifier of any kind.
Deleting is permanent, so if you want a record of your collection, take it first. The same Settings screen has Download my data, which gives you a file containing your account record and every row tied to it.
If you cannot sign in at all — for example you have lost access to the Google account you played with — contact us using the details in our Privacy Policy, and we will delete the account for you.
